Counselor in Training Program Summer 2020
Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program aims to train participants to be effective leaders and to understand the necessary qualities and responsibilities required to be a camp counselor. iCAMP enables all program participants with the tools to be leaders in the camp setting and the community at large.
Real Experience
Participants will gain experience by observing and working with campers. CITs expand their leadership skills by shadowing counselors, assisting instructors during various activities and workshops and also by mentoring campers during their passion project time. Lunch is included for all CITs!
