LEGO Robotics – SPIKE Essentials:

Dive into the world of robotics with our LEGO Robotics: SPIKE Essentials course! Geared towards young engineers and tech enthusiasts, this dynamic course introduces participants to the fundamentals of robotics using the innovative LEGO SPIKE Prime set. Students will learn essential coding skills, engineering concepts, and problem-solving strategies as they design and program their own interactive robots.

Designed for curious computer engineers, this interactive program introduces young learners to the exciting possibilities of computer programming through engaging activities, creative challenges, and exciting projects. Students will embark on a quest to master fundamental coding concepts such as sequencing, loops, and conditional statements. Using age-appropriate coding platforms and tools, participants will develop problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and computational thinking abilities in a supportive and collaborative environment. Blast off into a galactic adventure with our Minecraft Club: Outer Space Expedition! Young space explorers will embark on an exhilarating journey through the cosmos, using the immersive world of Minecraft EDU to discover the wonders of outer space. Students will build, explore, and collaborate as they construct their own interstellar civilizations, space stations, and planetary colonies. Pre and Early Reader Coding – Animals:

In this course, young coders will explore the wonders of the animal kingdom through playful and exciting computer coding activities. Students will assist their virtual animal friends in overcoming obstacles and solving challenges in a variety of age-appropriate coding platforms. As they guide different animals through mazes, help creatures find food, and tackle other problems using sequencing and logic, children will strengthen their computational thinking skills while learning more about both new and familiar animals.

Moveable Machines and Hands-on Science

Students will learn about the fundamental principles of motion, energy, and science by creating their own machines and participating in hands-on experiments! Students will be able to identify and create the parts of different simple and compound machines. They will be challenged to create machines and will hone their engineering skills by testing and remodeling their creations! Throughout the course, students will learn more about the chemical reactions, molecules, atoms, and physics that define the world around them.
