Mac Download Instructions
Step 1:
Go to Website
Click the button below to go directly to the minecraft education edition download page on their website. (https://education.minecraft.net/download)
Step 2:
Find & Download
Find your appropriate operating system (in this case Apple Products), and click on the “MAC” button!
Once the files finishes downloading, click on the file to start the installer.
Step 3:
Open File & Move to App Folder
Open the file you just downloaded from the website. It will run a quick installation, and then open a drive for you. Simply drag the Minecraft EDU icon into the applications folder.
You may need to allow it to move as an administrator.
Step 4:
Open the App
Once downloaded, simply click on the app to open. You can do so from your app folder. That’s it!
You’re instructor will provide you with login information during the first day of class!
Windows Download Instructions
Step 1:

Once the files finishes downloading, click on the file to start the installer.
Step 4:
Finish Installation
Follow along with the installation guide. Once you agree to the terms, the installation will begin. Allow Minecraft EDU to complete downloading. Click “Finish” and that’s it!
You’re instructor will provide you with login information during the first day of class!
